• Full payment upfront before I begin work
• All prices are set in USD and will be automatically converted to your currency when paying.
• I may charge extra fees for complex designs and you will be informed then.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• It takes up to one or two months to finish a commission depending on my queue.
• If a certain, urgent deadline is set the rush fees may be applied.
• Finished commission is delivered through Email and/or Drive.USE
→ personal use: You may use your commission for display, wallpaper or profile picture but I must be properly credited using my Instagram/Twitter username (Reiishi)
→ commercial use: If commission is for commercial usage (merchandise, ads, prints, streaming, content) the commercial use fee will be applied.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• I have full rights to my work. Do not claim it as yours or somebody else's.
• Do not take, use or reproduce for my original work without any rights.
• I have rights to share your commission on my social medias and portfolios unless it's stated otherwise and the privacy fees are applied.
• If you're not sure if you can use the commission somehow please ask me first before doing so (possible usage details are mentioned above in [USE] ).
• Using my work for AI training, NFT is strictly prohibited.REFUNDS
• No refunds after approved sketch.
• If something unexpected occurs preventing me from finishing your commission (after payment) you will be fully refunded.COMMUNICATION
• I will send you at least one sketch for approvement when you can ask for adjustments
• I will update you every time I make progress (first composition sketch - cleaned sketch - base colours and lights - render), unless it's a suprise me, skeb-like or YCH type of commission.
